Voicebank information line and recorded message bank allows government departments, business and utilities to keep their public and customers up-to-date with recent news and developments.

Message Recording
The messages can be recorded remotely using any touch tone phone, access be granted via a passcode.
The Voicebank number can be included in company literature as a news, update or information line. Callers can listen to recorded messages, usually most recent first, and with the ability to skip back and forth. Older recordings can also be archived on the service for retrieval during the call.
